The inevitable end to my day.
Forgive me blogosphere, for I have sinned! It has been 15 days since my last post. I am actually quite appalled at my inability to multitask. As you may already know from this post, I recently rejoined the workforce after a six-month-mental-health-related hiatus. I just worked twelve 9-hour days in a row, and at the end of each shift I thought to myself “I MUST put up a new post when I get home”. I would stride in the door, full of purpose and brimming with groundbreaking literary material that I couldn’t wait to share with you all. Ok, maybe not groundbreaking, but just…just…. just go with it, ok?! This is my blog and I’ll exaggerate if I want to. All the time. Like literally every sentence will be exaggerated.
